Refund & Replacement Policy

At Zodiac Combs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our grooming accessories, please note our strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer any returns or refunds on products once they have been purchased and delivered. All sales are final.

2. Replacements for Manufacturing Defects

A replacement will only be considered in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or if the incorrect product was delivered. To qualify for a replacement, you must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. The video must show the shipping label and the product’s defect clearly from start to finish.
  • 24-Hour Notification: Any defect or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a replacement.

3. Process for Replacement

To initiate a replacement claim, please email your unboxing video and order details to retail@zodiacombs.com.

Once our team reviews and approves the video proof, we will ship a replacement of the same item to you. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit or an alternative solution at our discretion.

4. Non-Eligible Claims

We will not entertain replacement requests if:

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is not provided.
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
