4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Your purchase is subject to our strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy. Due to hygiene standards for grooming products, we do not accept returns.
- Manufacturing Defects: Replacements are only granted for genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect item delivery.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement, a clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded starting from the sealed package.
- 24-Hour Reporting: Any issues must be reported with the video proof within 24 hours of delivery to retail@zodiaccombs.com.
