We ship to most pincodes across India. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, we will notify you and provide a full refund of your order amount.

- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email to monitor your shipment.
3. Delivery Timelines
While delivery times vary based on your location, the general estimates are:
- Metros: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Damage During Transit
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please record your unboxing video as mentioned in our Refund & Replacement Policy. This is mandatory to claim a replacement for any damaged goods.
6. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order. Re-shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
